Subscription Terms

Please read these Subscription Terms thoroughly and carefully. The purpose of these Subscription Terms is to establish the terms and conditions under which you obtain access to the investment learning materials. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us through the Support Center .

These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference in the Terms and Conditions of Survivy™ (“Survivy“, or “us“), and are part of the agreement between you, user of the website www.survivy.com (“Website”).

1. Trial

We may offer a paid trial subscription for services provided through the Website.Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the selected subscription period, and your trial will convert into a subscription.

2. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (4 weeks, 12 weeks, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

3. Payment method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to store your payment data to the extent necessary to provide you our services and to automatically charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.

4. Сancellation

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website: You can cancel a trial or subscription by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in your account before the end of the trial or then-current subscription or by contacting our support through the Support Center .

5. Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.

6. Refunds

These refund rights and conditions apply in addition to any refund rights available under applicable laws. If you are unsure whether you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team at the email address below, and we will work together to find the best solution.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website: If you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option (“Money-back guarantee”) was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a voluntary refund provided that you contact us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period and that the following conditions are met:

1. You have followed the learning curriculum at least 21 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase, and
2. You give us the reasons and evidence for refund other than personal or financial ones (for instance, the content was defective or completely inaccurate, etc.) as explained below.

Once you contact us through the Support Center , we will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved.

6.1. Important Statement

Please note that only fulfillment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a complete voluntary refund under Money-back guarantee. The Money-back guarantee does not apply to the following cases:

1. Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);
2. Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into the subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.).

Please note that you may still cancel your subscription without a voluntary refund by contacting us through the Support Center .

6.2. Note for the EU residents

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, unless the Website and/or the App is defective, you will not be eligible to a refund in relation to digital content, and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service.
